Thank you for visiting and shopping at MakerTechStore. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are generally not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order (ie. items on backorder) we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated based on weight and are displayed at checkout.
Local pick-up can be arranged for individuals in the Middle Tennessee area.
MakerTechStore reserves the right to choose the most efficient and cost effective shipping carrier available.
MakerTechStore ships the majority of orders through USPS Priority Mail with an estimated shipping time of 1-3 business days depending on the shipping distance. Large/bulky items, heavy weight orders, and certain products MakerTechStore may have drop shipped from their suppliers may also be sent through FedEx Ground or UPS Ground with an estimated shipping time of 1-5 business days.

Expedited shipping options are generally not available at checkout, but can be quoted by special request.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
MakerTechStore ships to addresses within the continental United States. MakerTechStore occasionally fulfills orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and other locations outside the continental U.S. by special request as shipping carriers and costs often have to be calculated manually for these locations.
MakerTechStore reserves the right to cancel any order shipped to U.S. addresses belonging to export companies and export consolidators due to the increased likelihood of fraud.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation e-mail or text message once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will generally be active within 24 hours. Orders of small quantities of very small light weight items (ie. screws, nuts) are sometimes shipped through USPS 1st class mail without a tracking number.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
MakerTechStore is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
MakerTechStore is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Theft
MakerTechStore is not liable for theft of any products during shipment or after delivery. If you suspect part or all of your order was subject to theft during transit, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. If you suspect part or all of your order was subject to theft after delivery contact your local police department to file a report. If you are concerned about potential theft please contact the carrier when the tracking number is provided to make alternative arrangements for pickup, scheduled delivery times, etc. Signature verification and other delivery options are available upon request for a nominal charge.
International Shipping Policy
MakerTechStore does not ship outside the U.S. except by special request. Shipping carriers/times/and costs would be calculated by request and provided by a custom invoice.
